When it comes to some stunning spots in the Dominican Republic, Boca Chica is the place to visit. Here you can visit some really nice and not so expensive restaurants which are literally sitting on top of the ocean.

The “outside” part of most restaurants have platforms when you can enjoy the view of the water while you eat and drink, and not only that, if you want you can jump into the water, swim a bit, get on a banana boat or doughnut.

This place is so magical that you can also sunbath after you finish eating. Just bring a towel and swimming trunks and get straight in. A place I would recommend is Boca Marina Restaurant. Check out my photos and make up your own mind.

Boca Chica is 37 kilometers from Santo Domingo. The sparkling and crystalline water hugging the white sand as it lays calmly above it is what attracts the most attention. This sight to beauty makes Boca Chica beach one of the most beautiful in the Dominican Republic. The charming beauty of the beach makes it even more nostalgic to walk along.

The world inside the Boca Chica gets more interesting. There are three beaches which go by the name of La Caleta; this one is famous for diving, and tourists from different corners of the world dive here to reveal the conversation hidden deep into the sea. The second beach is Andres, which is famous for attracting sailors to its sight and catching sport fishes – it gets wild here. The last one and the best one is Boca Chica, which is the heart of the people who enjoy swimming, the restaurant part, and the lit nightlife.
There are two main and stunning islands Los Pinos and La Matica, which are mostly covered by cameras and chatters of the tourist. Over the past few years, when one-handed tourism was created, the all-inclusive resort in Boca Chica has made significant investments in meetings and sports tourism. The advantages of being in Boca Chica is that it is very close to Las Americas International Airport. So, spending a few days there before you leave this stunning island is recommended if you have some free time.
Hotel Boca Chica is conveniently located next to the Mirador del Este Park sports complex. There are areas for diving, sailing, fishing, and beach volleyball in the underwater park La Caleta. What are you waiting for? It’s time to plan your upcoming vacation to Boca Chica and live above your expectations.

It really depends on what you want to do, your budget and if you have that extra time to spend a day or two there. If not, I would highly recommend going to Boca Marina for some food, swim and sunbath and some piña coladas.
